With a strong foundation in education and nearly two decades in the title and escrow industry before joining Windermere in 2013, I’ve dedicated my career to helping real estate professionals succeed. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with agents to integrate new technologies and social media strategies that enhance their business and client relationships.

As Director of Education for Oregon and Southwest Washington, I collaborate with the Windermere ProDev team in Seattle to create engaging, practical learning opportunities for our brokers. This includes developing curriculum for Windermere University, producing the Windermere Tools webinar series, and hosting the “Tuesdays with Todd” video series on the Hub. I also contribute to onboarding programs and the Windermere Way training series, all designed to help brokers work more efficiently, build stronger client connections, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
